How We Got Here
Hi and welcome to my website. My name is Lucie and probably you wonder why you see me in civil clothes and not in some bone breaking twisted position.
But let me start from beginning.
I am almost 50, happy vibrant woman, wife, mother of 2 teens and 1 grown men. Yoga for me is certainly not what you do in studio, postures (asanas), breathing (pranayama). Yoga for me is reality of life.It is about discovering our potential and evolve. In my studio you can find variety of different classes for the whole scope of society. The teachings of YAMAS (of how to treat the others) and NIYAMAS (of how to treat yourself), first 2 pillars of yoga go throughout the classes.
Ayurveda is Science of Living that gave great and solid foundation not only to my life. As Yoga is seen in individuals of how they can live their life, how they interact within society and contributing, how they flow with the nature and its universal energies. Ayurveda prepares an individual for that journey on physical/psychosomatic level.
Both Yoga and Ayurveda deal with individuals and both are excellent and unique tools for helping an individual to connect with one self on every level, learning and understanding own self, recognising own potential and evolving into higher self.
I could spend hours writing about it, and better if you simply join for a class. Should you seek an individual mentoring, counselling or looking for healing your physical body, please, call or write. All needs will be met with compassion, wise understanding and loving kindness.

Wellness Yoga studio is small and cosy, gathering small class of max 12 students.

This popular class is based on the fact that physical and mental health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. All of the classes at Wellness Yoga studio attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind. Classes are no more than 12 students.

YOGA MOM AND BUDDHA BABY
Monday/Pondeli, Wednesday/Streda 10 am, 90 mins, cesky, english
This is one special class with loving atmosphere created by moms and their little Buddhas. In this class we focus on healing and strengthening body through gentle postures, pranayamas, doing playful baby massage and baby yoga. If babies permit, relaxation at the end is the favourite time for every mama, same as chanting OM together with babies. For this class you need to register by email or text. During the class, you tend for your little sweetheart, changing diaper or breathfeeding which can be lovely meditation in peaceful environment.
Tato je lekce velmi krasna, unikatni tim, ze ji vytvareji miminka a jejich maminky. V teto lekci se soustredime na uzdraveni a posileni tela fyzickymi asanami, dychanim a ruznymi dychacimi technikami. Maly Buddhove jsou vedle maminky, na mamince, kdekoliv zrovna chteji byt, jsou masirovani a pokud nam to dovoli, tak nechaji i maminky odpocivat. Na zaver s nami OMuji. Miminka se uci pozorovanim a brzy zacinaji svym vlastnim jedinecnym zpusobem imitovat to, co dela maminka. Zaverecne Om je pro male Buddhy skutecne magicke, kdy nejen se nekteri zapoji, ale vnimaji vesmirnou chloubku tohoto chantovani.
Na tuto lekci je treba se zaregistrovat. V prubehu lekce muzete prebalovat, kojit, cokoliv, co je treba. Rada privitam maminky s malymi Buddhy v nasem klidnem a krasnem prostredi.
Wednesday/Streda 17.30, 90 min cesky, english
Prenatal class offers unique experience for moms to be. In the pure and compassionate environment, being led through asanas to compliment changes in their bodies, they learn the awarness of their bodis that creates an ashram for their babies. In class we focus on highly compromised body parts, pranayama, different meditations and relaxation. As part of class I am always ready to answer any questions related to pregnancy or post-natal time.
Lucie also offers seminars of baby massage.
Prenatalni joga je velmi unikatni zkusenosti pro budouci maminky. V cistem a soucitnem prostredi, kde maminky jsou provazeny pres fyzicke asany, vnimani vlastniho dechu a zmenami jak ve fyzickem, tak i mentalnim tele se dostavaji prirozene do krasne klidneho stavu, kdy bez emoci vnimaji miminko, komunikuji s miminkem beze slove, vnimaji energie a uci se jak tyto ovlivnuji miminko. V ramci kazde lekce je i povidani o tehotenstvi, porodu, priprava na porod nejen po fyzicke, ale i mentalni strance. Pro maminky je pripraven i seminar o masazi novorozenatek a miminek az po velke deti.
YOGA OF MEDITATION AND PRANAYAMA
Friday 6.30 pm - 8 pm
Focus on the present moment. Among its many benefits, this class helps improve numerous aspects of your life including reaction time and short term memory. Those who have tried this practice have described feeling more relaxed and less distracted by their fleeting thoughts, demonstrating an enhanced ability to solve problems and recall information better.
Thursday 11:00 am
Gentle yoga focused on joint lubrication and maintanence of physical and mental wellbeing. Lucie is guiding each position in harmony with breath, respecting each and everyone limits. It shows that age plays no role in yoga. Even 80 yrs old can do more complexed positions with time and just the right effort and dedication. There is no better physical and mental activity that sinks deep into the soul than yoga for our elderly.
KIDS YOGA CLASS
Friday 4.30 pm
Kids smiling yoga class is my heart class. We play yoga and discover many different aspects of it. We talk yoga and it is always amazing to see how kids can easily understand every little aspect of it. Currectly there is permanent croud of 8 awesome little yogis I organize KIDS YOGA DAY, KIDS YOGA RETREATS and newly KIDS SUMMER CAMP.
