1day Yoga Retreat - 1st Chakra

This will be the first one of monthly learning about chakras. We will dive into the most inner complexity of our mental/spiritual aspects, using asanas, breathing, meditations and chants relevant to first chakra. Forest bathing will add to the grounding aspect and feed to our senses. At the end, we will spend time contemplating about questions related to this topic.

 For small group of student (4 max) , I am happy to prepare Ayurvedic meals, program indoors and outdoors so all can enjoy and nurture the body, the mind and their soul. 

In case of more students interest, the retreat will take place at the studio at Plavecka 12.
